HylaFax Accounting
Server
The accounting application database resides on the fax server. The application component is written in JAVA and interfaces with the Hylafax server. The databse used is Mysql.
This application is very flexible and extendable. As the development has been done in JAVA, it is cross platform and since it runs on the desktop, it provides the look and feel of a thick client application.

In line with our philosophy of extending the capabilities of Open source products to provide enterprise class administration and reporting capabilities, we have developed a reporting application for Hylafax server.
This application logs the fax server usage to a Mysql database. It also calculates the cost of each fax dynamically using the rates maintained in the database. All this done on the fly enabling real time reporting.
